Adjusts the tip credit for tipped employees to 50 cents per hour beginning January 1, 2023, and 25 cents per hour beginning January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024

Requires the combined amount tipped employees receive from their employer and in tips to be at least $7.00 more than the applicable minimum wage

Removes the definition of "tipped employee" from Hawaii Revised Statutes effective January 1, 2025

Repeals the entire tip credit provision in Section 387-2 effective January 1, 2025, requiring all employees to receive the full applicable minimum wage from employers

Takes effect July 1, 2022, except Part II (repeal of tip credit) takes effect January 1, 2025
