Establishes a temporary Office of Wellness and Resilience within the Office of the Governor to address trauma-informed care and build community resilience through cross-departmental collaboration.

Office headed by an executive director appointed by the governor and staffed through existing unfilled positions or assigned department employees; staff exempt from civil service requirements.

Office shall implement solutions from the Trauma-Informed Care Task Force, identify unmet needs across departments, secure funding from federal/state/private sources, and create a social determinants of health dashboard.

Office required to submit annual reports to the legislature detailing actions taken, funds received, community engagement, and recommendations including proposed legislation.

Appropriates unspecified general revenues for fiscal year 2022-2023; sunsets on an unspecified date (repeal date left blank in bill text).
