• Amends Section 37-48 to modify non-general fund program measures reports required annually by October 1, changing the reporting period from six prior fiscal years to four prior fiscal years for target population data.

• Changes the forecast period in program measures reports from six ensuing fiscal years to two ensuing fiscal years for target population and effectiveness planning.

• Removes two reporting requirements: program size indicators and program size planned for the next six fiscal years.

• Amends Section 37-49 to change "budget details" to "budget journal details" in cost element reports and clarifies reporting of non-general fund names and account codes.

• Effective date: July 1, 2050.
