Amends Hawaii's sunshine law (Section 92-3.7) to modify disclosure requirements for board members attending remote meetings from nonpublic locations.

Requires board members to disclose the names of all persons 18 years of age or older physically present at their location during remote meetings.

Exempts minors under 18 years of age from mandatory name disclosure unless the minor has a private interest in any issue before the board.

Maintains existing requirements that remote meetings include at least one public location with audiovisual connection and allow public participation through internet streaming or telephone conferencing.

Takes effect on July 1, 2112.
