Amends Section 149A-51 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to place the Advisory Committee on Pesticides within the Department of Agriculture for administrative purposes.

Removes statutory requirements for sugar industry and pineapple industry representatives on the committee.

Adds statutory requirements for coffee industry and diversified agriculture industry representatives on the committee.

Maintains existing committee composition including representatives from the Department of Health, Department of Land and Natural Resources, University of Hawaii College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources, Hawaii Farm Bureau Federation, pesticide industry, structural pest control industry, environmental organizations, citizen groups, and landscape professionals.

Takes effect on July 1, 2022.
