Specifies that government agency maintenance or repair of disputed roads does not establish or indicate agency ownership or jurisdiction over those roads.

Authorizes the State to transfer any interest it holds in disputed roads to a county by quitclaim deed if the county requests or requires title.

Defines "disputed public street, road, or highway" as any public way open to the public where ownership and jurisdiction are disputed between the State and a county, or between either entity and a private party.

Allows counties to impose and enforce traffic laws and perform repairs and maintenance on public streets, roads, or highways with disputed ownership between the State and the county.

Effective date: July 1, 2022.
