Increases the minimum percentage of residential units that must be offered to prospective owner-occupants during the initial 30-day sales period from 50% to 90%

Applies the 90% owner-occupant requirement to Section 514B-95.5 (announcement/advertisement requirements), Section 514B-96 (developer designation of units), and Section 514B-98 (sales offering restrictions)

Requires designated owner-occupant units to constitute a proportionate representation across factors including square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, floor level, and lanai availability

Maintains existing exception for conversion projects, allowing current occupants to purchase their units before the general owner-occupant offering period

Effective date: July 1, 2050
