• Amends the definition of "address" in Hawaii's Uniform Controlled Substances Act (Chapter 329, HRS) to permit post office boxes and rural/highway contract route boxes for prescription delivery.

• Requires that pharmacies dispensing prescriptions to post office boxes must have the individual's physical residential address on file.

• Defines physical addresses as street address with city and state, tax map key number, or description of a physical location.

• Effective July 1, 2022.
