Establishes automatic expungement of arrest and conviction records for eligible individuals, eliminating the need to file a petition for expungement.

Requires 5 years of crime-free status from date of conviction, release from incarceration, or arrest (if no conviction) for petty misdemeanor or misdemeanor offenses to qualify for automatic expungement.

Requires 7 years of crime-free status from date of conviction, release from incarceration, or arrest (if no conviction) for felony offenses to qualify for automatic expungement.

Directs the Department of Attorney General to identify eligible records and automatically issue expungement orders and certificates beginning January 1, 2023, on a monthly basis.

Requires the judiciary to automatically seal or remove arrest and conviction records from public databases within a reasonable time after expungement orders are issued, with notice provided to affected individuals.
