Requires the office of elections to prepare a voter information guide containing photos and statements (under 150 words each) for candidates running for federal, state, and county positions, plus explanations of proposed amendments and ballot measures drafted by the attorney general.

Office of elections must post the voter information guide electronically on its website and print and mail physical copies upon request.

Requires the office of elections to mail a notice with each primary ballot informing voters that a digital voter information guide is available on the website or a physical copy may be requested.

Appropriates general revenues to the office of elections for fiscal year 2022-2023 to prepare notices and print physical copies of the voter information guide.

Effective date is July 1, 2112.
