Requires the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism (DBEDT) to establish a grant program offering matching funds to public-private partnerships in eligible industries for workforce development.

Eligible industries include cyber security, information technology, data and analytics, augmented reality, aquaculture, agriculture, robotics, ecotourism, scientific research, energy, manufacturing, health and wellness, creative and performing arts, and other industries as determined by DBEDT.

DBEDT must select a grant program administrator through a public request for proposals in accordance with chapter 103D.

Allows up to 10 percent of grant program moneys to be used for administrative costs.

Appropriates unspecified general revenue funds for fiscal year 2022-2023 to establish and administer the matching grant program, effective July 1, 2022.
