Amends Section 354D-6 of Hawaii Revised Statutes to establish requirements for goods provided by the correctional industries program to state agencies.

Restricts goods provided to state agencies to either: (1) goods produced or manufactured by the correctional industries program, or (2) pre-existing goods substantially altered or customized by the program for use by a state agency.

Requires the administrator of the state procurement office to maintain and provide a list of goods and services available from the correctional industries program.

Permits any state agency to purchase goods and services from the correctional industries program using the procurement office list.

Takes effect on July 1, 2022.
