Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 378-2.2 to prohibit employers from entering into or requiring employees to enter into nondisclosure agreements that prevent disclosure of sexual harassment or sexual assault.

Applies to sexual harassment or sexual assault occurring in the workplace, at work-related events, between employees, or between an employer and an employee.

Removes the condition that nondisclosure agreements must be entered "as a condition of employment" from the existing statute.

Takes effect upon approval.
