Appropriates $10,594,483 to the Senate for session and nonsession expenses through June 30, 2023, including $9,248,650 for general operations, $1,150,000 for legislative information systems, $112,500 for broadcasting, and $83,333 for security upgrades.

Appropriates $14,580,401 to the House of Representatives for similar expenses through June 30, 2023, including $13,362,810 for general operations, $938,424 for legislative information systems, $112,500 for broadcasting, and $166,667 for security upgrades.

Appropriates $3,363,380 to the Office of the Auditor for fiscal year 2022-2023 operations plus $150,000 for special studies and legislative requests, and deposits $2,800,000 into the audit revolving fund with $6,300,000 appropriated from that fund for audit functions.

Appropriates $3,776,322 to the Legislative Reference Bureau, $1,431,190 to the Office of the Ombudsman, and $1,419,815 to the State Ethics Commission for fiscal year 2022-2023 expenses.

Appropriates vacation payout funds totaling $665,028 across all entities and requires Senate and House accounts be audited before January 18, 2023, with all unexpended funds lapsing to the general fund on June 30, 2023.
