Amends Act 220, Session Laws of Hawaii 2021, regarding remote meetings held by interactive conference technology for boards subject to sunshine law.

Removes requirement that boards maintain at least one in-person meeting location open to the public with audiovisual connection when conducting entirely remote meetings.

Requires notice to inform public how to remotely view meetings via internet streaming and provide remote oral testimony through internet link, telephone conference, or other means.

Eliminates automatic meeting termination requirement if audiovisual communication cannot be restored within thirty minutes; allows meetings to continue with audio-only communication after fifteen minutes of attempted restoration.

Requires board members to disclose who, if anyone, is physically present with them at nonpublic locations during remote meetings; maintains requirements for quorum visibility, roll call votes, and recording/posting of public meetings.
