Requires all accredited and non-accredited for-profit post-secondary educational institutions authorized to award degrees and operate in Hawaii to disclose their for-profit status on official websites, promotional materials, and instruction contracts.

Disclosure must state "(Name of Institution) IS A FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF HAWAII" in type size as large or larger than other text (excluding institution name) and presented to draw reader attention.

Allows abbreviated disclosure of "A FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF HAWAII" for third-party advertisements in periodicals published by entities not affiliated with the institution.

Amends existing disclosure requirements for unaccredited institutions to include website and promotional digital/print media disclosures, and requires for-profit unaccredited institutions to also disclose their for-profit status.

Takes effect July 1, 2060.
