Amends Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 329-14(g) to add Delta 8 tetrahydrocannabinol as an alternative name for Delta 6 cis or trans tetrahydrocannabinol in Schedule I controlled substances.

Adds 14 new synthetic cannabinoid compounds to Schedule I, including PB-22, 5-fluoro-PB-22, AB-FUBINACA, ADB-PINACA, AB-CHMINACA, THJ-2201, FUB-AMB, 5-fluoro-AMB, and others with their optical, positional, and geometric isomers.

Includes trade names and alternative names for newly scheduled cannabinoids to ensure comprehensive coverage of structurally similar derivatives and isomers.

Takes effect upon approval.
