Expands coffee labeling and advertising requirements to include inner package or inner wrapping labels that reference any Hawaii geographic origin.

Requires coffee blend labels to disclose the geographic and regional origins of all coffees used, listed in descending order by percent coffee by weight, with each percentage shown on the front panel.

Prohibits use of the term "All Hawaiian" on roasted or instant coffee labels unless the product is produced entirely from green coffee beans grown and processed in Hawaii.

Clarifies that geographic origins may only be used in labeling or advertising if the coffee contains at least 10 percent by weight from that origin, with full disclosure of the percentage required.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
