• Requires the Hawaii Department of Health to issue a certificate of stillbirth upon request of the parent(s) named on a fetal death certificate.

• Certificates may be requested and issued regardless of when the fetal death certificate was originally issued.

• Certificate of stillbirth shall include the name given to the stillborn fetus upon parental request.

• Defines "stillbirth" as the unintended intrauterine death of a fetus occurring after the twentieth week of gestation.
