Requires the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to conduct a study on broadband access in all public housing projects statewide.

Study must include costs to provide universal broadband access in all public housing projects and identify obstacles to implementation.

Hawaii Public Housing Authority must submit findings, recommendations, and any proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2022 regular session convenes.

Authorizes the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to request assistance from the Legislative Reference Bureau for research, report drafting, and legislative recommendations.
