Establishes the "Fair Share Health Care Disclosure Act" requiring the Department of Human Services to compile data on employers with employees receiving public assistance, including Medicaid and other state health benefits.

Requires the department to submit a report to the legislature by January 1, 2024 (prior to the 2024 regular session) identifying the 50 employers with the highest number of employees receiving public assistance during the previous calendar year.

Report must include for each of the 50 employers: address, number of full-time and part-time employees, number of public assistance recipients employed, number of recipients who are spouses or dependents, cost to the state of providing assistance, and number of employees who were eligible for but may not have received employer health benefits.

Prohibits the report from including names or personally identifiable information of any employees, spouses, or dependents.

Requires the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to assist by sharing employment data with the Department of Human Services; becomes effective July 1, 2060.
