• Requires HHFDC to return any lands set aside by the governor or leased lands that are no longer needed for housing, finance, or development purposes back to the originating state department or agency.

• Makes parallel amendments to Section 171-64.7 to expand the scope of lands subject to the exemption, including lands leased to HHFDC by any state department or agency.
