Amends Act 129, Session Laws of Hawaii 2016, Section 4 to extend the sunset date of the State Low-Income Housing Tax Credit from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2026.

Extends the application period for qualified low-income buildings awarded credits for an additional five years beyond the original sunset date.

Upon repeal in 2026, section 235-110.8, Hawaii Revised Statutes will be reenacted in its original form prior to Act 129's effective date.

Takes effect upon approval.
