• Appropriates funds to the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation for collective bargaining and excluded employee cost items related to Unit (1) members assigned to the corporation (special funds showing -0- appropriations).

• Provides that unspent appropriations lapse on June 30, 2022, and June 30, 2023, and the Act takes effect July 1, 2021.
