Amends Section 453-1 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes to expand and clarify the definition of medical practice for both medical and osteopathic physicians.

Adds explicit inclusion of telehealth, manual medicine, and interpretation of tests including primary diagnosis of pathology specimens and medical imaging as part of medical practice.

Broadens the scope of medical practice to include the ability to "diagnose, treat, prescribe for, palliate, or correct" disease and various human conditions, replacing the previous narrower language.

Removes the separate definition of osteopathic medicine that appeared as a bracketed section, integrating osteopathic physicians fully into the unified definition of medical practice.

Removes a provision that allowed any person to provide remedial agents or measures to terminally ill persons pronounced hopeless by a licensed physician.
