Removes the $30,000 annual spending ceiling on the dietitian licensure special fund for costs associated with administering the licensure program.

Eliminates the requirement that any fund balance exceeding $35,000 on June 30 of each fiscal year be deposited into the general fund.

Allows the state budget process to establish a new ceiling for the fund to address increasing operational expenses.

Requires the department to submit annual reports to the legislature detailing deposits, expenditures, receipt sources, and uses of the dietitian licensure special fund.

Takes effect upon approval.
