Urges the State Commission on the Status of Women to collaborate with the Domestic Violence Action Center, Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii, and other chambers of commerce to develop and implement a domestic violence victim outreach program.

Calls for the outreach program to inform domestic violence victims of available resources and include placement of posters and signage in various languages in discreet areas such as restrooms.

Cites that Filipinos and part-Filipinos represent approximately 25 percent of Hawaii's population but constitute 30 percent of reported domestic abuse victims in the State.

Requests the State Commission on the Status of Women submit a report on the outreach program's development and implementation progress, findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than 20 days prior to the 2023 Regular Session convening.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Executive Director of the State Commission on the Status of Women, the Domestic Violence Action Center, and the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii.
