Urges Hawaii's congressional delegation to strongly support the Women's Health Protection Act of 2021 (H.R. 3755, 117th Congress), which protects a person's ability to continue or end a pregnancy and a health care provider's ability to provide abortion services.

Expresses concern about rising legal attacks on constitutionally protected reproductive rights, including Texas Senate Bill No. 8 (prohibiting abortions after detection of embryonic cardiac activity around six weeks) and a Mississippi law banning abortions after fifteen weeks.

Notes that pending Supreme Court cases, including Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, threaten to overturn decades of legal precedent established by Roe v. Wade regarding the constitutional right to abortion.

Directs that certified copies of this concurrent resolution be transmitted to each member of Hawaii's congressional delegation.
