Directs the Department of Education to ensure consistency in financial literacy course content across all Department of Education high schools.

Identifies lack of financial literacy as a significant barrier to students' financial prosperity and stability.

Notes that while the Department of Education offers a financial literacy elective course, it is not required for all students.

Requires certified copies of the resolution be sent to the Superintendent of Education and Chairperson of the Board of Education.
