Urges the Superintendent of Education to request the Board of Education preserve the name of McKinley High School to honor its 132 students and alumni who died serving in World War II.

Recognizes McKinley High School's history as one of Hawaii's oldest secondary schools, established in 1865 as Fort Street English Day School, and its legacy of producing leaders for Hawaii and the nation.

Acknowledges McKinley High School students' World War II contributions, including two war bond drives that raised over $200,000 and another $333,000 campaign to purchase a B-24 Liberator bomber named Madame Pele for the U.S. Air Force.

Notes that many fallen soldiers are buried at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific overlooking McKinley High School, and others were buried on foreign soil and never returned home.

Directs certified copies be transmitted to Hawaii's Congressional delegation, Governor, Board of Education Chairperson, Superintendent of Education, and McKinley High School Foundation President.
