Specifies the collection be named the "Harry B. Soria, Jr., and Kilohana Silve Collection" in honor of Soria's wife, Kilohana Silve, who still resides in Manoa

Requests the Hawaii State Archives make the collection publicly accessible to the extent feasible, containing records and archival materials on Territorial-era Hawaii music history

Acknowledges Soria's role in hosting "Territorial Airwaves," a weekly radio show on KCCN beginning in 1979 that preserved and presented Hawaiian music history and won numerous awards

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Comptroller
