Requests the Department of Land and Natural Resources to undertake beach nourishment from Laniakea Beach to Velzyland Beach on Oahu's North Shore to address shoreline erosion caused by rising sea levels.

Identifies beach nourishment as an effective method to combat erosion by replacing sand lost through longshore drift and protecting coastal property from storm damage, tsunamis, and unusually high tides.

Requires the Department of Land and Natural Resources to submit a progress report to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the Regular Session of 2023.

Directs certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Governor and Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources.
