Property is a nearly 13-acre plot zoned AG-2 general agricultural district but is being operated as a construction baseyard, which is prohibited in that zoning classification

Property is located in a protected wetland area and has been subject to numerous violation notices since 2017 for grubbing and grading without permits, constructing structures and utility poles without permits, and storing metal containers without permits

Requests the Department of Planning and Permitting submit a report within 45 days detailing steps taken to address the violations

Directs transmission of a certified copy of the resolution to the Director of Planning and Permitting of the City and County of Honolulu
