Requests the Honolulu City Council to delay approval of the Luana Kai: A Life Plan Community retirement project in Hawaii Kai until all community questions are answered satisfactorily.

Acknowledges that while government should consider the needs of senior citizens, officials must also listen to all voices in the community, including residents with concerns about the project.

Notes that many Hawaii Kai residents, including senior citizens, have raised valid concerns regarding the proposed Luana Kai project.

Requires certified copies of the resolution to be transmitted to the Chair of the Honolulu City Council and the Chair of the Hawaii Kai Neighborhood Board.
