Urges the State Commission on the Status of Women to collaborate with the Domestic Violence Action Center, Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawai'i, and other chambers of commerce to develop and implement an outreach program informing domestic violence victims of available resources.

Directs placement of posters and signage in various languages in discreet areas, such as restrooms, to reach victims.

Notes that Filipinos and part-Filipinos represent approximately 25% of Hawaii's population but constitute 30% of reported domestic abuse victims in the State.

Requests the State Commission on the Status of Women submit a progress report with findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the 2023 Regular Session.

Directs certified copies of the resolution be transmitted to the Executive Director of the State Commission on the Status of Women, CEO of the Domestic Violence Action Center, and President of the Filipino Chamber of Commerce of Hawai'i.
