Request auditor to conduct an audit of the Department of Health and Department of Public Safety's implementation of the Hawaii Information Portal (HIP).

Address reported issues where employees in these departments experienced incorrect calculations of payroll and leave time after transitioning to the electronic HIP system in 2019.

Auditor must submit findings and any proposed legislation to the Legislature no later than twenty days before the 2023 Regular Session convening.

Transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Auditor, Director of Health, Director of Human Resources Development, and Director of Public Safety.
