Requests the Department of Education to revise career and technical education standards to emphasize place-based climate change responsiveness and preparation for green economy careers.

Directs the Department of Education to engage local, state, and federal agencies; nonprofit organizations; community stakeholders; the University of Hawaii System; educators; and organizations prioritizing land and environmental stewardship throughout the standards development process.

Requires the Office of Hawaiian Education to serve as a critical partner in developing revised career and technical education standards aligned with the Nā Hopena A'o framework and incorporating Native Hawaiian knowledge, science, and culture.

Emphasizes that indigenous knowledge and Native Hawaiian values grounded in Hawaii's unique ecosystems are essential to developing a green economy that respects the State's environment and creates workforce opportunities.

Directs that a certified copy be transmitted to the Interim Superintendent of Education.
