Urges the Superintendent of Education to request the Board of Education preserve the name of McKinley High School to honor 132 alumni who died during World War II.

Highlights McKinley High School's historical significance as one of Hawaii's oldest secondary schools, established in 1865 as Fort Street English Day School.

Recognizes the school's contributions during World War II, including student war bond drives that raised over $200,000 and an additional $333,000 to purchase a B-24 Liberator bomber named "Madame Pele" for the U.S. Air Force.

Names all 132 fallen soldiers from McKinley High School who served in World War II, many buried at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific overlooking the school.

Directs transmission of certified copies to Hawaii's Congressional delegation, Governor, Board of Education leadership, and the McKinley High School Foundation.
