Request the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development's Environmental Review Program to form a task force recommending user-friendly improvements to its website.

Task force directed to recommend features such as notification systems, accessible comment submission tools, searchable databases of environmental assessments and impact statements, and other user-friendly enhancements.

Task force composition includes two representatives from OPSD, two from the Environmental Advisory Council, the Chief Information Officer of the Office of Enterprise Technology Services (or designee), and one Sierra Club representative.

Task force required to submit findings, recommendations, proposed legislation, and estimated costs to the Legislature no later than 20 days before the 2023 Regular Session convenes.

Resolution aims to improve public participation in the environmental review process by making pending projects and comment opportunities more accessible and transparent.
