Appropriates and authorizes funds for collective bargaining cost items for bargaining unit (7) members and excluded state officers/employees in the same compensation plans for fiscal biennium 2021-2023.

All funding sources (general funds, special funds, federal funds, and other funds) are appropriated at -0- for both FY 2021-2022 and FY 2022-2023.

Director of Finance shall allot appropriated funds to state departments for expenditure in respective fiscal years.

Salary increases and cost adjustments funded from federal, special, or other funds shall be paid proportionately from those respective funds.

Unencumbered funds as of June 30, 2022 and June 30, 2023 shall lapse; Act becomes effective July 1, 2050.
