Appropriates $8,413,549 for fiscal year 2020-2021 to transfer contracts from the Department of Transportation to the Department of Defense for the Safe Travels Hawaii airport screening program.

Appropriates $600,000 for fiscal year 2020-2021 to operate a call center at the Hawaii Convention Center for the Safe Travels Hawaii airport screening program.

Appropriates $4,588,802 for fiscal year 2020-2021 for procurement, storage, and distribution of personal protective equipment to schools and state agencies.

All appropriations are expended by the Department of Defense and shall not lapse at the end of the fiscal year, except unencumbered funds lapse as of June 30, 2022.

Act takes effect July 1, 2050.
