• Allows qualified caregivers to work less than 30 hours per week during a declared state of emergency, suspending the standard 30-hour-per-week employment requirement.

• Expands the "coach" role to include assistance with program enrollment and completion of state and federal forms, including tax forms, privacy forms, background checks, and employer-related documents.

• Modifies the "person-centered support plan" definition to be developed with both the care recipient and their qualified caregiver, with the goal of allowing the caregiver to remain in the workforce.
