Amends the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920 by adding a new section requiring the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to provide monthly accountability reports to beneficiaries.

Reports shall be released online through the department's existing monthly reports and accessible to all beneficiaries regardless of whether they hold an active lease.

Each monthly report must include an accounting of expenditures for all land lease interests awarded under section 207 that were exchanged or sold between beneficiaries.

Each monthly report must also include an accounting of the department's general revenue expenditures and a summary of fund status and accounts under section 213.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
