Removes acreage restrictions on leases of Hawaiian home lands for agricultural purposes, allowing the department to lease land for farming regardless of acreage limits.

Specifies that agricultural leases may be for either for-profit or non-profit farming purposes, subject to availability of suitable land tracts.

Maintains existing acreage limits for aquaculture (40 acres maximum), irrigated pastoral lands (100 acres maximum), other pastoral lands (1,000 acres maximum), and residential lots (1 acre maximum, or up to 4 acres for certain existing Molokai leases).

Allows lessees to lease two detached farm or aquaculture lots on the same island within reasonable distance, with combined acreage not exceeding the maximum allowed for that lot type.

Takes effect May 6, 2037, subject to consent of the United States Congress.
