Establishes a Digital Learning Center within the Hawaii Department of Education to manage quality and delivery of digital learning services statewide

Center shall improve quality and delivery of digital learning services throughout the public school system, provide resources to develop student digital literacy skills, and promote safe computing practices

Appropriates $7,099,062.57 from general revenues for fiscal year 2022-2023 to establish and operate the center, including facilities, equipment, operating expenses, and personnel costs

Takes effect on July 1, 2022
