Establishes a workforce readiness program within the Department of Education's Community School for Adults program to align educational curriculum with workforce preparation and industry employment requirements.

Requires the department to designate schools, including the community school for adults, to participate in the program and provide opportunities for students to earn workforce development diplomas, pre-apprenticeship certificates, and industry-recognized credentials in addition to associate degrees.

Authorizes the department to coordinate with the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, Department of Human Services' Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, and enter into contracts with industry employers to develop and implement the workforce readiness program.

Appropriates funds for fiscal year 2022-2023 to support implementation at two community school for adults campuses (McKinley and Waipahu) and creates one full-time equivalent position at each campus.

Takes effect on July 1, 2050.
