Establishes a reuse policy working group within the department of accounting and general services to propose legislation on state reuse policies for items such as electronic devices.

Working group membership includes the state procurement office administrator (chair), representatives from attorney general, education, enterprise technology services, refurbishing industry, recycling industry, electronics industry, environmental nonprofits, and one legislator from each county.

Requires working group to submit findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation to the legislature no later than twenty days before the 2023 regular session convenes.

Members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for necessary expenses including travel; working group is subject to Hawaii Revised Statutes chapter 92 (open meetings law).

Working group dissolves on June 30, 2023.
