Allows solar easements to be recorded as easements appurtenant in the bureau of conveyances or land court, with enforcement available through lawsuits at law or in equity.

Permits counties to enact ordinances requiring trimming of vegetation blocking solar radiation from solar energy devices, with authority to designate responsibility for trimming costs.

Exempts vegetation from trimming requirements if planted before the solar energy device installation.
