Specifies that government agency maintenance or repair of disputed roads between the State and counties shall not be construed as assuming ownership or jurisdiction over those roads.

Provides immunity from civil liability for the State or county when conducting good faith maintenance or repair of disputed roads in accordance with applicable standards of care.

Authorizes the State to transfer disputed road ownership to a county by quitclaim deed if the county requests or requires title.

Applies to public streets, roads, and highways where ownership or jurisdiction is disputed between the State and counties.

Takes effect on July 1, 2022.
