• Requires boards to mail or electronically send board packets to persons who request meeting notifications, delivered by the same deadline as the meeting agenda.

• Changes board packet access requirements to provide delivery by mail or electronic access within 24 hours before noticed meetings, removing the prior language that boards were not required to mail packets.
